As the VP of Membership, Susan is responsible for maintaining and growing our current membership base including working with ATD to support all Power Members as well as Maine Chapter members. As an educator, coach, and facilitator, Susan strives to inspire others, to help them to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge, and to empower others toward desired outcomes. I believe lifelong learning is the key to creating a meaning-filled life. Susan is the Principal of Eventide: Coaching, Consulting, Community. Eventide employs deep listening, expert facilitation, and professional coaching to assist individuals and organizations to align values with action, support organizational learning and encourage personal development. Eventide offers enrichment and leadership development classes and workshops, professional facilitation, keynote speaking, academic and career advising, community and team building, and executive coaching. |
