The Truth about Multitasking and Information Overload

Multitasking is a frequently misunderstood concept. There are many thought leaders expressing opinions about the validity of multitasking, there is scant evidence that the human brain can process higher level tasks simultaneously.

This presentation explores the current realities and research concerning multitasking. Participants will also receive practical techniques to deal with the “multitasking” environment.
