“Moderating vs Facilitating – Learn the different skills needed to be an effective moderator”

This session introduces ATD practitioners to the skills they need to prepare, coordinate, and moderate panels effectively. The presentation highlights one capability from each of the ATD Capability Model domains to demonstrate how all the capabilities interact and support well-rounded talent development professionals.

Build your personal capability by strengthening your Collaboration and Leadership skills by bringing together SMEs to share their experiences, perspectives, and solutions. Develop your professional capability by learning how to create the optimal learning environment by moderating a panel. Foster a culture that encourages and creates opportunities for collaborative innovation across different teams helping organizations become future-focused together.
