Greater Group Cohesion in Virtual Learning

PROGRAM

Be honest. Are you experiencing “virtual fatigue”? We all know meetings and trainings online are here to stay. They’re convenient, efficient, and cost-effective. We know that If your team wants to accomplish anything of substance, they can’t do it without getting to know and trust each other. As trainers and educators, we know that learning is more effective when participants are engaged. Online, we’re mostly stuck right on the surface.

Quick surface interactions can’t really produce meaningful results. If you are striving for more group cohesion in your online learning spaces, this is a session for you. Kym and Libby provide some surprising ideas and online activities designed to amplify participant engagement in your virtual settings. Get ready for a Fresh Re-Boot!

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Select from a toolbox of protocols that can be customized toward specific learning outcomes
  • Adapt real time learning activities to the virtual environment
  • The chance to problem-solve with specific cases via Breakout room engagements

In ATD's new Capability Model, this presentation will help you build personal capability and develop professional capability.
