Far too often, business owners struggle to get their team members engaged in helping them make their business better. Instead, they simply work harder and harder by themselves trying to improve the business.

When they start to talk about “strategy,” all they hear is “blah, blah, blah” and they mentally check out. It all started with his father's family-owned business. Rich watched his Dad struggle, trying to get his team members energized and engaged to help make his business successful. Ultimately, he failed - losing his family, his wife and his dreams of success.

Rich has been a student of business for over 40 years learning many lessons and strategies to inspire team members to “radical engagement” in the business. His successful career in both large and small companies includes running and growing a manufacturing business to well over $100M in annual revenues.
