When You Speak, Who Listens?

How can the healthful use of your voice enhance your professional demeanor and build better client relationships and service?

PROGRAM

First Impressions are formed in seven seconds and the tone of your voice represents 38% of what people remember. It is key to communicating your message effectively.

Everyone’s voice is unique and serves as an identifier. In today’s world of fast paced communication, email, texting and social media, sometimes the art of verbal communication is pushed to the back burner.

This session will explore healthful ways to use your voice to best represent you in your line of work and life. Learn good habits to enhance your presentations. Learn how to prepare, be aware of your vocal tone, deal with nerves and feel confident when you speak.

Learning Goals:

Learn how to effectively deliver your message with poise, a healthy and well-focused sound. Learn how nerves can affect your presentation and what you can do to effectively manage the adrenalin.
