PROGRAM

The Power of Emotional Intelligence: when is it an asset and when is it an obstacle.

Emotional intelligence is the intangible in each of us that can be crucial in important moments of our lives and work. It impacts how we manage behavior, navigate social complexities, and make decisions that achieve positive results. Emotional intelligence is made up of four core skills that pair up under two primary competencies: personal competence and social competence.

In this talk we will focus on practical application of E.I. concepts with general theoretical background, thus understanding the core skills and explore in which ways E.I. can impact our work.

Through active participation, participants will learn and practice the core of emotional intelligence skills.

As a result of this session, you will be able to:

  • Define what is emotional intelligence and the core skills
  • Practice core emotional intelligence skills
  • Strengthen your own emotional intelligence
  • Identify the lasting and positive effect E.I. will have on you, your work, and your relationships
